Terms of Service & Manufacturing Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & White-Label SaaS Platform

By accessing, configuring, or placing orders through Custom Furniture Store (operating on the multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Sofa Manufacturing & Dimensional Tolerances

All sofa models featured on our platform are built-to-order according to your selected custom length, width, cushion density, and fabric upholstery:

• Handcrafted Dimensional Tolerance: Because each sofa frame is individually timber-cut and hand-upholstered by master craftsmen, a standard industry dimensional tolerance of ±0.5 inches (1.27 cm) applies to finished products.
• Fabric Dye Lot Variations: Slight shade variations (within 5%) between physical fabric swatches and final roll batches may occur due to natural textile dye processes.
• Solid Wood Characteristics: Seasoned Marandi and teak timber skeletons feature natural wood grain variations, which enhance durability and authenticity.

3. Transparent Price Calculator Engine

Our platform features a transparent pricing formula:

Prices calculated at checkout are final and binding for approved orders.

4. Payment Terms & Razorpay Security

Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) or 30% Advance + 70% Balance on Delivery. Orders enter Stage 1 Timber Cutting queue only after initial payment confirmation.

5. Live Production Tracking & Stage Photo Feed

Customers gain access to live stage-by-stage workshop photos at /track/[orderId] covering: Timber Cutting, Frame Assembly, Foam Fitting, Fabric Stitching, Quality Check, Packing, and Dispatch.
